How it Works
1. Start with the Application Form
Fill out a short form to tell us more about your child. We’ll reach out within three business days to schedule a consultation at a time that works for you.

2. Book your consultation
The consultation includes a short academic exam to assess your child’s strengths and areas for growth in their chosen subject. We also complete a learning styles assessment to better understand how your child learns best. A consultation is $100.

3. Receive your personalized consultation report
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a full report by email. It includes:

A clear breakdown of your child’s current academic level

A recommended learning plan based on your preferences (one or two sessions per week)

A step-by-step outline of how a Scholar Advise tutor will close learning gaps and build new skills over time, with suggested lesson dates

4. Begin lessons
Once you're ready, we begin. Each session is $65 and crafted with intention. Your child receives one-on-one support, tailored lessons, and steady guidance that builds confidence and mastery, week by week.
